Hello, I came with my mother and sister for lunch today, 29th March tothe buffet. I just want to compliment all the staff involved, it was such a wonderful day, the food was absolutely superb, the service probably the best, friendliest and most efficient I have ever encountered to date. Everything was really absolutely fantastic, your staff are world-class people, everyone from the waiters, servers, cleaners in the outside areas, pool staff, reception people, guards and everyone else treated us like royality from the moment we came till the moment we left.
You can really be proud of the team you have working there.
Thanks so much a really wonderful, special & memorable day. We definitely will be back soon.

We spent a weekend as guests at Mount Grace. The attention to detail was exellent, the rooms and facilities were absolutely superb. As for the food and the wine, the range and service provided by the a
staff was of the highest I have experienced in South Africa. The full massage is incredible, and allthough we did not take advantage of the other spa facilities, I am convinced that they would compete with the best internationally. I would really love to go back and spend another quiet weekend lounging on the rolling lawns under the tree canopy. It is hard to believe that such a gem is kept secret from us. |

My stay, as part of a project team that was celebrating the completion of an egagement and the start of the inititiative, we were treated to the most mesmerising stay at mount grace. The food was divine, just delectable - freshest fruit ever at breakfast, the tastiest fresh sea smelling seafood, and the most scumptious lamb and fish dishes at dinner. The room - breathtaking view, private in all imaginable ways - I stood on the balcony confident that no peeping tom would get not even a peek ! The spa garden.. no words to describe the experience - the salt pool spoke to me, touched by my inner soul, and as I swam in the warm water, i couldnt imagine ever wanting to go anywhere else on holiday or for a spa treatment. The well kept gardens put the dot on the day - gaining ones energy back whilst lazying on the sun chairs was without a doubt guaranteed - the atmosphere seemd to have a 'calm me' ion.. It was a sweet relaxing experience... cant wait for the refurbishment to be complete. |
