DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits will not be refunded on cancellation of bookings.

Cancellations received 0-20 days prior to check-in date, and "no-shows", the total booking amount as invoiced is payable. These charges are only made if loss is incurred by The Maple Village Guest Lodge as a result of such cancellation. Should the accommodation be re-sold, cancellation fees might be refunded less a 10% handling fee. Such refunds are however, at the sole discretion of The Maple Village Guest Lodge management.

Please ensure that, in the event of a cancellation, you are adequately covered by a travel insurance policy.

Payment of Cancellation Fees
Payment shall be made within 7 (seven) calendar days of the reservation cancellation date.
