For a booking of one night a 100% deposit will secure a reservation.
With reservations of more than one night a 50% deposit is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fees shall apply on the full booking:
More than 30 days prior to arrival forfeits 25% cancellation fee
More than 7 days prior to arrival forfeits 50% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days prior to arrival forfeits 100% cancellation fee
Lyngenfjord House levies a 10% administration fee on any refunds processed.
In the event of a premature departure, we may charge for the full stay as booked and charged. Receipt of a deposit assumes unconditional agreement of these terms. In the case of Tour Operators and Travel Agents, written confirmation assumes unconditional agreement of these terms.
