Les Terres Noires is a large (660m²) contemporary country retreat situated on a 4000m² plot on the prestigious Vlei Street, next to the Gobos River and Greyton Nature Reserve, close to hiking and birding trails as well as bird watching spots.

The Accommodation

This home offers four large bedrooms (sleeping eight comfortably); two en suite and the other two sharing a full bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. Three bedrooms have king-size beds and the 4th bedroom has two single beds. All linen is poly-percale.

The big modern open plan, fully equipped kitchen leads onto the dining room which is furnished with an eight seater table. The kitchen is equipped with a five plate gas hob and a double electric eye level oven as well as a double door fridge, freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine and a laundry with a washing machine.

There are two spacious living rooms both with large fireplaces for those chilly winter nights and a solar heated pool for those hot summer days. The games room has a pool table and a small gym with Trojan equipment.

The outside entertainment has a covered outside lounge / dining area with braai facilities and a fireplace overlooking the picturesque garden and pond with spectacular mountain views.

The TV lounge has a big rear projector TV with Netflix.
