L'Escalier Cabana 110 is a modern six-sleeper holiday apartment offering beautiful views of the ocean from the braai area on the balcony, main bedroom, kitchen and living room. It consists of three large bedrooms (main en-suite) and two bathrooms, open plan kitchen and living room.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with full en-suite bathroom; walk-in type built in cupboard area, HD flat screen TV and DVD player, dressing table, ‘rimpie’ bench, side tables with bedside lamps and air-conditioning.
The second bedroom has two ¾ beds, a built in cupboard, side table and ceiling fan and the third bedroom has two single beds, a built in cupboard, side table and ceiling fan. There is a second bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities; electric four plate stove, large fridge / freezer, washing machine, tumbler drier, microwave oven and under counter oven. On the balcony is a braai, overlooking the ocean.
The living room has an air-conditioner, HD flat screen TV and HD DStv. The Toti shopping mall is within walking distance from the complex and The Galleria shopping mall is a mere 5km drive away.
Access to the property is controlled by remote including automatic gates with dedicated basement parking, with further parking available for trailers or additional vehicles in secure outside parking bays all under CCTV camera surveillance.
Amanzimtoti's beach offers the visitor excellent sea swimming in areas protected by shark nets. This stretch of coast is also a favourite with dolphin and whale watchers and for anglers and licenced mussel hunter/collectors.
In the lagoon next to the complex one can hire rowing boats and canoes. Birders may enjoy the bird sanctuary not far away. One can make a 35 walk through the indigenous forest and enjoy viewing some of the 150 species that make this their home.
