50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. This must be paid on confirmation of the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 3 weeks prior to arrival, will receive 50% deposit back.
Cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival, will receive 25% deposit back.
Cancellation 1 week prior to arrival, you will loose your deposit.
Cancellation on the day of arrival or not arrive you will loose your deposit.
