CANCELLATION POLICY

As we do not overbook at Konkelbos, forfeit as a percentage of the total costs will be effected on cancellations in accordance with the following:
0 - 7 days before the date of arrival, 100%
8 - 14 days before the date of arrival, 75%
15 - 21 days before the arrival, 50%
22 – 30 days before the date of arrival, 25%
