We found Isibindi quite unique, with it's beehive lodges and warm casual setting and atmosphere. Darren and Candy and all the staff were ultra accommodating, friendly, helpful, and informative, With Darren as the chef, the food was exceptional and the ambience of our dinner under the night sky was one of the highlights of our trip. Our unaccompanied game walk in their reserve with Roger the giraffe. the zebras and the waterbuck was an unexpected adventure - And they were kind eough to provide us with a two way radio just for that added feeling of security. We did the cultural tour whcih was heartwarming and a truly enriching experience. We will return to Isibindi!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Isibindi. Candy and Darren were great hosts, and although we didnít get chance to go on a game drive (we were only there two nights) Warwick the ranger was very helpful and knowledgeable. The setting is spectacular and the accomodation was great. The Boma dinner was great fun and the local kids performed amazingly for us.

Finally Evan Jones who did our battlefield tour was fantastic! Very interesting and answered all of our questions.

We would definitely recommend Isibindi.

Isibindi Zulu Lodge, for me, was more of a spiritual experience, as I have a great respect for old and traditional cultures. The kids of the village and especially Zama delivered an absolutely wonderful presentation of the Zulu life both past and present. The views from the rooms are beautiful. Rolling hills as far as the eye and management so friendly and informative. They have the right mix of professionalism, passion and knowledge.
