A gem of a hotel, with lovely staff and friendly, personalized service. The food is superb, with a garden oasis that is peaceful and beautiful -- and next to the African craft market and near shopping and the business district. We enjoyed our stay here in Johannesburg very much and look forward to staying at the Hyatt again during our next vacation here.
