Huppelepup Guesthouse is situated in the heart of the Hartbeespoort area in the leafy suburb of Meerhof.

Owned and run by Carolien and Pieter Annandale, the Huppelepup Guesthouse boasts a four-star rating by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. English, Afrikaans and Dutch are spoken. Our guesthouse can accommodate 12 guests, with two to three guests per room. We can arrange a full package for guests including all transport, meals, adventure and sight-seeing trips.

Huppelepup Guest House is perfect for a group wanting to stay together at a private venue. All adventure and sight-seeing trips will be quoted separately.

Accommodation

Huppelepup offers you a choice of five stylish and comfortable en-suite garden rooms with separate entrances, four with kitchenettes; and one with a full kitchen. The guests have the option to book ‘bed and breakfast’ or enjoy the many interesting places for breakfast around the dam.

Each suite has TV, a microwave, refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as an en-suite bath or shower room. The convenience of fast speed wireless internet is available in all the room. The rooms are all non-smoking; a designated outside area is available for our smoking guests.

Sunbird Room 1
A semi self catering unit, consisting of either two single or a king size bed, central DSTV, air-conditioning, safe and a hairdryer; a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery and basic coffee-making) and a en-suite bathroom with shower. Central barbecue area at the poolside is available.

Starling Room 2
A semi self catering unit, consisting of a double and a single size bed, central DSTV, Fan/heating, safe and a hairdryer; a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery and basic coffee-making) and a en-suite bathroom with shower. Barbecue area next to unit is available.

Barn Owl Room 3
A semi self catering unit, consisting of a double and a single size bed, central DSTV, air-conditioning, safe and a hairdryer; a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery and basic coffee-making) and a en-suite bathroom with shower. Central barbecue area at the poolside is available.

Crested Barbet Room 4
A semi self catering unit, consisting of either two single or a king size bed, central DSTV, air-conditioning, safe and a hairdryer; a kitchenette (fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery and basic coffee-making) and a en-suite bathroom with shower and bath. Central barbecue area at the poolside is available.

Lourie Room 5
A full self catering unit, consisting of either two single or a king size bed, central DSTV, air-conditioning, safe and a hairdryer; a full kitchen (two plate stove) fridge, microwave and other basic kitchen necessities, and a full bathroom. Central barbecue area at the poolside is available.

Facilities

The outdoor patio and pool area has a lovely ambiance making one feel immediately at home. After a day of exploring enjoy a braai or relax at the pool. Safe undercover parking is available. There is so much to see and do in Hartbeespoort and its surroundings - our guesthouse is the ideal base from which to explore. Huppelepup Guest House is upmarket, completely private and perfectly situated.

Activities

Pieter can take you on a private cruise on the Hartbeespoort Dam in the Huppelepup nine-seater cruise boat. Ask Carolien to prepare a delicious packed lunch for your excursions or to help with your planning of your outing. Dinner can also be provided on request.
