Huntersgreen was casually run for ten years, but has a new, young, vibrant management crew and will help you in any way we can to make your stay a comfortable and happy one. We offer the use of the high-speed internet at a fee. We also offer a laundry service. In the common areas there are TV’s for sport enthusiasts to watch the game or any other event. Huntersgreen is a guesthouse and therefore breakfast is optional, all our rates include the cost of breakfast, but should you decide not to have breakfast, the cost thereof will be subtracted from the room rate. Dinner can also be arranged on request. We offer reasonably priced airport transfers. We can arrange various tours to game farms, historical sites (plus a beer-route!) or a taxi / lift to the city or the beach. For any help in making your time in Durban an unforgettable experience, ensure to just ask us first! AccommodationThe main house contains one double and one family room on the top floor that share a bathroom. The downstairs room is a double room and is en-suite. The dining room area contains multiple small tables; there is also a bar with a television. The entire house is air-conditioned. Outside the main house we have four single rooms all en-suite and are all equipped with ceiling fans. A television set and coffee / tea making facilities are available in every room. We charge at a ‘per room rate’ and not at a ‘per person rate’. FACILITIESIn the front of the house there is a swimming pool, with pool-side stretchers where one can relax, have a cocktail and soak up the Durban sun. Then there is the unspoilt view of the Durban skyline and harbour, which becomes a magnificent sight at night. The entrance to the Guesthouse has sufficient secure parking for guests. The house is behind an automated security gate and is built-up in the front which puts the house above road level. All guests are to be advised that we have pets (two dogs and a cat). LocationHuntersgreen is nestled in the quiet, safe suburb of Glenwood close to all amenities. We are ideally situated for students, business people and hospital visitors. Located very close to the University of KwaZulu Natal, the Nelson Mandela Medical School, the Durban Institute of Technology, the International Convention Centre and sports grounds like ABSA Rugby Stadium, Kingmead Sahara Cricket Ground and the new football stadium. For travellers and tourists we are approximately fifteen minutes from the airport and ten minutes from the beach front and big city shopping is only 5-10 minutes drive. ACCREDITATIONS
