DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A 50% deposit payment is required within 72 hours from the date of reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made less than 21 days before arrival will forfeit the full pre-payment amount.
Cancellations made 22 – 40 days before arrival will forfeit 25% of the pre-payment amount.
Cancellations made more than 41 days prior to arrival will forfeit 15% of the pre-payment amount.
When the full amount is refundable, there will be an administration fee of 10%, with a minimum of R100.00.
