Self Catering Accommodation
Fish Eagle and Kingfisher Chalets:
With breathtaking views, privately secluded in picturesque locations both overlooking the Magalies River, these two thatched roofed, self catering chalets offer the perfect getaway option.
Each cottage sleeps four guests and has one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds in the open lounge. Fully equipped kitchen.
A warm, spacious and homely atmosphere is created by the rock hewn 'Hartebeeshuis' style farmhouse. Built entirely from indigenous material off the farm, this has been designed to house 14 people in comfort.
There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge and two kitchens. Each room has its own extra wide stoep (porch) for relaxing, reading, playing board games or resting after an adventure filled day.
The Hollybrooke Coffee Shop is the latest addition to the farm. Nestled under shady thorn trees it presents excellent views of the Magalies Mountains. A small home nursery is in the shade of an old tree and a broad shaded stoep presents all day shade and refreshment to the weary.
Your hostess, Betsie Ritchie, is an experienced restauranteur and her warm personality and demeanour is reflected in everything in the restaurant. Catering for the ravenous to the peckish, the menu is filled with mouthwatering delights.
