We request a 50% deposit in order to secure your booking

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled 30 days or more prior to due date of arrival only an administration fee of 10% of deposit paid will be charged and the balance will be refunded.
If cancelled up to 21 days prior to due date of arrival 50% of Suite Rate for the period booked will be charged.
If cancelled after 21 days prior to due date of arrival, or in the case of a “no-show”, the full rate for the suite for the period booked will be payable to Highcliffe House.

Any of the above cancellation fees are at the discretion of the owners of Highcliffe House and may be waived or reduced should a replacement booking be forthcoming.
