DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Master card and Visa card are accepted as guarantee or for payment.
All bookings remain provisional until they have been confirmed.
To avoid provisional bookings from being released a confirmation is necessary, either with a 50% deposit or credit card as guarantee.
Where a company or agency is responsible for payment, a fax confirmation or bill back voucher will be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations or amendments to reservations are to be confirmed in writing.
10% Cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 30 – 21 days prior to arrival.
50% Cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 20 – 10 days prior to arrival.
100% Cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 9 – 0 days prior to arrival.
100% Cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 30 – 0 days prior to arrival during peak season.
100% Cancellation fee on total booking in the case of a no show.
During peak season, in the event of an in-house guest checking out prior to the guaranteed departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full duration of the original booking, unless the room / unit is re-sold for the remainder of the stay in which case, a minimum of 1 nights’ accommodation will be charged.
Proof of cancellation must be produced in order to claim a refund on deposit.
