Nestled right against the mountainside is Glencairn Nature Retreat, this cosy, fully furnished home can accommodate six people.
At the edge of Simons Town is the hidden gem of Glencairn. Often overlooked for more exciting destinations, this mountainous village and valley has a great family beach in addition to a well cared for wetlands area. Residents run, swim, hike, scuba dive, bird watch, whale watch and windsurf in the sea and mountains of Glencairn.

There are two bedrooms with double beds and an additional two single beds in the living room which are also used as couches.
There is a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. All linen and towels are provided. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and a DStv decoder. There is Wi-Fi throughout.
Enjoy a barbecue on the large balcony which looks over the unspoilt view of the mountains which are a protected nature reserve. This is a perfect location for destressing and relaxation. The Indian Ocean is a three minute car drive away and there are lots of interesting attractions in the area.

A convenience store with additional facilities supplies provisions for the residents and visitors. Glencairn is a popular destination for it's easy access to all attractions on the Cape Point Route - especially Boulders Beach Penguin Colony and the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve.
Glencairn is a fantastic spot for whale watching in season. Locals and visitors congregate at the Glencairn strip which is a popular meeting spot due to the restaurants and bars which overlook the wetlands and the beach.
