CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 7 days - forfeit the total bill
From 7 to 14 days - forfeit 75% of the deposit
From 14 to 21 days - forfeit 50% of the deposit
From 21 to 28 days - forfeit 25% of the deposit
If a booking is cancelled well in advance, i.e. 30 days or more, a cancellation fee of 25% of total reservations bill will be charged to cover the cost of our time and the administration work involved.
