A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Balance payable on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
On cancellation, a handling fee of 10%, is charged.
The full deposit less the handling fee is refunded, if cancelled 28 days or more prior to check-in date.
50% of the deposit less the handling fee is refunded, if cancelled 21-27 days prior to check-in date.
25% of the deposit less the handling fee is refunded, if cancelled 14-20 days prior to check-in date.
No refund if the booking is cancelled 0-14 days before the arrival date.
The total booking amount is payable for “no shows” or “early check-outs”.
A damages deposit of R250 to R500 per unit, depending on the size of the unit and if smoking or non-smoking, is payable on arrival and will be refunded should the unit be in order. No smoking is allowed in any unit. The damages deposit will be retained should any traces of smoke be found. The washing of dishes is the guests responsibility. R100 of the damages deposit will be retained should the dishes not have been washed on the day of departure.
