Elizabeth House is located just a minute's walk from the ocean in the seaside village of Seaview and just a 15-minute drive from the city of Port Elizabeth. The holiday house is within walking distance to amenities, cash point, supermarket, laundry, chemist and 100m from an excellent steak and seafood restaurant.

Self Catering Accommodation

Elizabeth House holiday home in Seaview is fully furnished and fitted with everything you require for a self-catering holiday.

Leading from the open-plan lounge and indoor barbecue area is a spacious balcony with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs for al-fresco dining, while downstairs is a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher and dining area leading out onto a patio with a large hammock overlooking the sea. Perfect for those lazy afternoons!

Elizabeth House can accommodate up to 14 guests in four bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second, third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. The beds are made up with 100 per cent cotton linen. In addition, the house has two double sleeper couches and two single sleeper couches. The house has three full bathrooms (bath, shower, hand basins and WC) as well as two guest toilets.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a dishwasher, a washing machine, a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, potjie pot, utensils, and pots and pans. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge and entertainment area features a large TV with full DStv and a DVD player, an indoor braai, and a kitchenette with a bar fridge. Free Wi-Fi internet is available.

Outdoors there is a large deck, a patio with a hammock, an enclosed private garden, and an outdoor braai facility. There is also a 6 by 3 metre swimming pool and a pool net can be provided. The garden is fully fenced and features electric gates. The property is protected by an alarm system linked to a private local security firm. Off-street parking is provided behind the electric gates.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival and includes a few essentials to get you settled, including tea, coffee, milk, eggs, bread, and fruit juice – very handy for late night arrivals. You will be met on arrival with the keys and someone is available locally should you require any assistance during your stay.
