DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A minimum of 50% payment is required prior to checking in and the remaining 50% is required on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Should a room be cancelled on the day of arrival, the full accommodation rate will be charged.
• Should a guest not arrive for a confirmed booking, a NO-SHOW fee will be charged i.e. same as the rate quoted.
• Should a confirmed booking be cancelled and moved to another day, no cancellation fee is charged, should we be able to fill the room. If not a 50% fee will be charged.
• Should guests request dinner and fail to inform us that they no longer require it, the full amount will be charged as it is specially prepared.
