Situated in the heart of the the Boland within easy driving and walking distance from almost anything including the wine farms, Africa's biggest shopping centre, Golf, Virgin Active. Durbanville Private Hospital is 5 minutes walk away and a plethora of speciality shops with unique objects d' art and antiques. Car rental is just down the road and all the Main Banks have branches in the Village. Unique to us are some of the Cape's top restaurants offering menus from real South African Fare to Seafood. AccommodationUnits 1, 2 & 4: Open plan studio with 2 single beds, bathroom en-suite, fully fitted kitchenette and comfortable lounge area. Unit 3: Open plan studio with one double bedroom, bathroom en-suite, 2 single beds in studio with bathroom en-suite, fully fitted kitchenette and comfortable lounge area. Family Unit: The family unit is spacious, has 2 bathrooms, open plan bedroom / lounge with a double bed as well as a separate bedroom with twin beds. Full kitchen including a stove. Sleeps 4/5 people. FacilitiesEach lounge area has a wall-mounted television set that can be swivelled for preferred viewing area. M-Net and video channel feeds in each unit. Heaters are provided in winter. Each kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and utensils. Strictly, no smoking indoors. ACCREDITATIONS
