DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is to be made on booking either by credit card/ cash or EFT to secure booking.
(Unless, otherwise, specially arranged, due to time-frame i.e. far in advance -more than 6mths away or very close -less than 1 week away)
A R500-00 cash key/breakages deposit is payable on arrival with balance of booking paid in cash or EFT cleared into account before arrival. Cash key/Breakages deposit is refundable on departure after check-out should there be no damages or losses.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 0-7 days prior to check-in date -100% of the total accommodation account is payable.
Cancellation 8-14 days prior to check-in date -50% of the total accommodation account is payable.
Cancellation 15-21 days prior to check-in date -25% of the total accommodation account is payable.
Cancellation 22 or more days prior to check-in date -15% of the total accommodation account is payable.

In addition to any cancellation fee that may be payable above, 13.5% of the total quote price (vat excl) will be charged as an admin fee for processing cancellations.
