The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob and microwave oven. The bathroom is equipped with tub and shower, and toilet facilities are separate. The dining and living area is open plan with DSTV, Flat screen TV and DVD player. On the deck are braai facilities and a warm outside shower. Secure parking is available and the Cottage is very privately situated at least 200m away from the nearest public roads or housing. Visitors in the past have always enjoyed the quiet in-nature-experience. With the constant sound of the waves, view on the ocean and the Mosselbay lights at night, customers return annually to recharge. The stained glass art in the doors and lamps are conducive to the tranquil environment. The best time of the year to make use of the accommodation, is during January, February and March when all the holiday visitors have left and the weather still provides for full days on the beach. During high season in December and January, Herold’s Bay is filled to capacity with the Herold’s Bay festival, live music and the traditional New Year’s evening fireworks display growing in stature.
