CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation 0 - 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of deposit
Cancellation 8 - 15 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of deposit
Cancellation 16 - 31 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of deposit
A full refund of the deposit (less 15% cancellation fee) is applicable if cancelled +31 days prior to arrival
No-show or curtailments of the stay, forfeit 100% of deposit
No refund on early departure
