DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation is required in advance to secure booking with the balance payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received 0 to 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the deposit
Cancellations received 8 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of the deposit
Cancellations received 15 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of the deposit
Cancellations received 22 to 28 days prior forfeit 25% of the deposit
Cancellations in excess of 28 days prior may incur a 5 % administration fee to cover banking and handling charges.
