DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

To secure a booking we require a 50% deposit with the balance payable on the day of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation before due arrival:
1 month or less – no refund of deposit.
2 – 3 months – 50% of deposit refundable.
More than 3 months – 80% of deposit refundable.
Once arrived and you wish to cut your stay shorter, the full amount of the balance due is payable. No refund of deposit for reservations during December and Jan.
