The Main House - Double Storey Villa - Ideal as a family unit:
Large living area with lounge overlooking the view. T.V., M-Net, Video, Satellite T.V. and C.D. player plus billiards table, and Sony Playstation. ADSL (broadband) connection. The lounge opens onto a large breakfast patio with a magnificent view across to False Bay and an outdoor bath. Elegant dining area with view of the swimming pool. Large open plan kitchen with hob, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer.

Upstairs one large bedroom with a king size bed, T.V., C.D. system and fireplace. One smaller bedroom with queen bed for two. Full bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, and outside shower. This villa sleeps 4 persons in two bedrooms, with a futon in the lounge for an additional person or child at an additional charge.

The View Cottage:
Stand-alone cottage with large living area with gas fireplace and T.V. bar. Private patio with entertainment lapa, including bar and barbecue facilities - leading onto the main swimming pool area. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with large king size bed, CD player, TV with M-Net & Satellite. En-suite bathroom with spa bath, shower and hairdryer. Outdoor shower. This cottage sleeps two persons with a futon in the lounge for an additional person or child at an additional charge.

The Pool Apartment:
Large living area with view of mountain and valley. Fully equipped kitchenette and T.V. bar. Entertainment lapa, leading onto private, plunge pool. En-suite bedroom with queen size bed, electric blanket and hairdryer. En-suite bathroom with large shower. This apartment sleeps two persons and can have an addition of a futon in the living area for an additional person or child at an additional charge.

The Studio:
This cosy apartment consists of an open plan kitchen with bar fridge, microwave and hot plate, leading into the bedroom with electric blanket. T.V., Satellite and M-Net. ADSL (broadband) connection. En-suite bathrooms with shower and large two person bath. Overlooking khoi pond. Ideal for a couple or single person.
