DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

B&B Guest House Guests:
Bookings over some peak periods like Christmas or major sporting events must be paid in full in advance. A 50% deposit is required the rest of the year to confirm a booking.

Self Catering Guests:
Bookings during Peak Season (December to March) and special events must be paid in full 1 month prior to check-in date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

B&B Guest House Guests:
Premature departures (shortened stay), the total booking value is payable in full.
Cancellation made 0 to 14 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 100% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation made 15 to 21 days prior to check-in date, forfeit 75% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation made 21 days or more prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation of bookings over some peak periods like Christmas or major sporting events, refunds will normally not be offered, under any circumstances.

Self Catering Guests:
Premature departures (shortened stay), the total booking value is payable in full.
Cancellation made more than a month prior to check-in date, forfeit 50% of the deposit paid.
Cancellation made less than a month prior to check-in date, the deposit may be re-imbursed in part, if the accommodation can be re-let (at the discretion of management), but if the accommodation cannot be re-let the total booking value is payable.
