Clarence House is situated on the south eastern slopes of Table Mountain and in proximity to Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and the Newlands Cricket and Rugby Stadiums. It takes a mere 15 minutes' drive to the City Center of Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront and only 20 minutes to the Airport. The Guest House is conveniently situated to explore all of the highlights on the Cape Peninsula.

Claremont as the centre of the Southern Suburbs is a very popular, secure and up-market area of Cape Town. In walking distance to Clarence House is Cavendish Square Shopping Mall with many fine restaurants and entertainment facilities.
