I wish there was a place, somewhere by the sea; Somewhere unspoilt and lush with panoramic views of both land and sea. Somewhere away from the madding crowds yet still so very close; Somewhere where I can feel totally at home but feel like I was staying in the finest of places; I wish there was a place ... Casadoro in Amanzimtoti, a 4 star upmarket Mediterranean villa, is such a place! Sharon and John took 2 years to find the perfect Guest House. As experienced hoteliers, they were looking for a sprawling, up market bed and breakfast away from the madding crowds and traffic, but still very close to the main beach and the newer, much bigger Splash Waterworld. They finally discovered it, sitting on top of a lush hill with 180-degree views of land and sea - and called it Casadoro! (Villa of Gold). AccommodationThe villa is built around our open air inner courtyard enabling us to bring the outside 'in'. There are 5 stylish en suite bedrooms, all with DSTV bouquets, air conditioning and hospitality trays. They have their tranquil inner court (for windy days!), sea view terraces, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, two lounges, library, honesty bar, and snacks for when you are feeling peckish. And, of course, they offer you what Casadoro does best - Bed and Breakfast in style! We are 20 minutes from uShaka Marine World, Sun Coast Casino and major shopping centres. Ideal for business or pleasure, Casadoro has quick and easy access to the N2 and is in close proximity to the main beach, restaurants and shops (a 3 minute drive down our winding, lush and tree lined hill).
