About Carole's Cottage
Carole's Cottage is a welcoming well appointed, self-catering cottage, in a secure private estate in Sandbaai, a suburb just 3km from the centre of Hermanus. You will have everything you need for a fabulous long holiday or just brief weekday breaks or weekends away.
Self Catering Accommodation
The cottage sleeps four adults comfortably. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom sleeps two adults or children and has two single beds that can be combined to form a king size bed. Just let me know so I can set it up according to your requirements.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed that sleeps two adults. Fresh towels, linen, duvets, blankets and a hair dryer are provided. There is a full family sized bathroom with bath and separate shower. Toilet paper is provided.
Kitchen amenities include a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, plenty of pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses. A small supply of basic cleaning materials such as dish washing liquid, dishwasher tablets and bathroom cleaning supplies are provided. Other amenities include an automatic washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The living space has two comfortable leather couches to sit and chill or watch TV. The TV is 40-inch flat screen and there is a DVD player. There is a dining table that seats six. This can also double as a comfortable laptop workspace, if required.
The cottage includes full premium DSTV as well as WIFI at no extra cost.
Outside Facilities
There is a Weber braai and an outside entertainment area with an umbrella and garden furniture, where you can indulge in alfresco dining in a small, private fynbos garden. If you are a beach goer, beach towels can be provided, as well as a beach umbrella and some beach chairs that you are welcome to use.
There is a secure lock up garage for one vehicle and parking for one other. Heating is provided for the colder months or if it is a bit chilly.

Your host, Carole, lives close by in the same estate, so will always be available to assist with anything that you may require.
