Self Catering Accommodation
The villa can sleep up to ten in two inter-leading apartments with separate entrances which may be rented separately or as a single unit. Each offers fully equipped kitchens, two bedrooms, sitting room, indoor and outdoor dining with braai facilities, DStv and free WiFi.
Accommodates up to six in two spacious bedrooms each with one queen and optional twin bed/s depending on party size and requirements. Three bathrooms offer two showers and one bath, one en-suite. The large eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, fridge, dining and cooking utensils. The formal dining room and sitting room lead out onto a pretty garden with outdoor dining furniture, braai facilities, playing fountain and children’s climbing frame and swing set. Perfect for long, leisurely dining and relaxation. There are two lock up garages.
Accommodates up to four in two bedrooms with one queen and one double with optional single bed. The sunny sitting room enjoys 270 degree views of the mountains, ocean and wetland and leads out onto a terrace with outdoor dining and braai facilities. The kitchenette is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, dining and cooking utensils. There is off-street parking on a level with the entrance.
There is a complimentary weekly maid service, while daily maid service, a cooked breakfast and airport can be arranged at an additional fee.
Attractions and Activities
Nestled amongst the mountains and beaches of Cape Town’s Scenic South, it is conveniently situated a short walk to the beach, tidal pool, tennis, train station, supermarket, bottle store, fishing, bird-watching, whale watching, spectacular hikes, running trail, scuba center and a variety of restaurants and pubs.
Runners and walkers can start their day with a jog or walk along the magnificent False Bay coast passing interesting beaches, coves and rock pools. The kaleidoscope of sightings includes soaring gulls, dolphins, whales, yachts, naval vessels and even submarines.
A few minutes drive to world class golf courses, the penguins, Simon's Town and Kalk Bay villages, Cape Point, Chapman’s Peak, Cape Point and Groote Constantia vineyards, horse riding, surfing beaches with beginner to expert waves, kayaking, sailing and boat trips. There is a wide choice of excellent restaurants, pubs and shops ranging from malls to quaint antique boutiques.
