Brenton View, where the evergreen fynbos of the Goukamma Nature Reserve meets the warm, clear blue seas of the Indian Ocean - A place of peaceful serenity and breathtaking natural splendor. Surrounded by a sweeping view of the fynbos covered Goukamma Nature Reserve and faced with the greatness of the Indian Ocean expanding from East to West with Buffalo Bay in the distance, you may be forgiven for thinking that you have stepped into paradise. From the comfort of your bed you may well be entertained by a school of playful dolphins or whales during the mating season. Enjoy an early morning breakfast surrounded by the superb view, indigenousness plants and a variety of bird life or sip sundowners on the pool-deck in the face of awesome evening sunsets. Brenton View offers upstairs and downstairs accommodation, which may be rented together for larger groups (8 to 12 people) or separately for smaller groups (2 to 6 people). ACCOMMODATION:Brenton View consists of upstairs and downstairs and can be rented as one unit or as two separate units, depending on the size of your group and particular needs. Upstairs: Upstairs has been decorated and furnished to give a warm log-cabin feel, with leather couches, a cozy fireplace and an incredible outside wooden deck overlooking the Indian Ocean and Goukamma Nature Reserve. There is a large lounge with DSTV and an open plan 8-seater dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience. There are three large rooms all with sea views. The main bedroom has a double bed while the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have two single beds that can be set up as doubles. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower. Downstairs: Downstairs has been decorated and furnished to give a cool coastal Mediterranean feel with light colors and lime-washed wood. It has a fabulous entertainment area with wooden decks, a spa-pool and braai bordering the Nature Reserve and overlooking the Indian Ocean. There is an open plan lounge with sliding doors leading outside and an 8-seater dining room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with every convenience. There are three large rooms, with clear sea views. There are three large bedrooms with clear sea views and 3 bathrooms, 2 en-suite. Additional facilities: • satellite TV in Lounge and fireplace • washing machine • linen & towels provided Special Conditions: • All rooms are non-smoking (smoking is permitted in the garden or on the deck). • Children under two stay free of charge. • No dogs or other pets are allowed. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:Brenton View is 10 minutes from the center of Knysna and The Quays Waterfront and within easy reach of all the attractions in the area such as golf, tennis, yachting, fishing, canoeing, mountain-biking, water-skiing and hiking.
