DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Reservations are confirmed on receipt of payment prior to arrival of a minimum of 50% of the total amount for the stay which is deemed as deposit. Accommodation will automatically be cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel on arrival or premature departure during the stay – refunds will not be given under any circumstances and if not already made, Blue Roan has the right to seek the full payment due for the booking which was made and confirmed.
Cancel 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, no show - full deposit paid is forfeited.
Cancel 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.
Cancel 28 + days before date of arrival - 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited
Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or non arrival unless the accommodation can be re-let.
