CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation made in writing will receive a refund as follows:
30 days or more prior to arrival: Full deposit;
14 days or more prior to arrival: 50% of deposit;
7 days or more prior to arrival: 25% of deposit
All deposits for high season (Dec and Jan) are non refundable
