Self Catering Apartment The house is set well back from the road and the flat itself is situated though a security gate and down some steps in a pleasant garden. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with percale cotton sheets, fitted cupboards and an en-suite shower etc. The spacious lounge equipped with satellite TV leads onto a private patio and garden. There is an open plan granite kitchenette which is equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, small oven with two hot plates, kettle and toaster. The flat is fully equipped with linen and towels, and we have tried to think of everything that you would need to make your stay with us a comfortable one. Self Catering Cottage We also have a small cottage that is separate from the house and has a bedroom with two single beds (with spectacular views), fitted cupboards, en suite shower, basin and toilet, a small lounge area with TV (satellite can be arranged on request) a two seater settee and a small fridge, kettle, toaster and sink, plus a covered patio with table and chairs from which there is also a spectacular view. Additional ServicesCoffee, tea, sugar, milk and rusks plus toilet rolls are provided for short stays. Laundry and ironing can be done for a small fee (although an iron and ironing board is provided) and we are more than happy to give advice about the area, sightseeing or even to book tours. Activities Ride elephants in Botlierskop Game Reserve. Take a boat trip to Seal Island, whale watching (from July - November), shark-cage diving and scuba diving, walk the Oyster Catcher Trail along the coast from a Khoi San cave ending at the Gouritz River mouth, or take a helicopter flip over the town and bay (in season only). Bungee jumping, bridge swinging and abseiling are available half an hour away. We also have several beaches one of which is Santos which is two minutes in the car or you can walk it in ten. This beach in particular normally has small waves which makes it ideal for small children or serious swimmers. The Mossel Bay Golf Club is just up the road where you can see the sea from every tee. Mossel Bay is also a very historical town. Visit the Museum Complex and see a life-size replica of the Dias Caravel boat plus the Cultural Museum, the Shell Museum, the aquarium, and the 500 year old Post Office Tree.
