Belaire Suites offers Luxury Furnished Self Catering Apartments and is located on Durban’s Beachfront between Battery and North Beaches. We are situated right on the beach front with the majority of our rooms enjoying panoramic views of the Indian Ocean and Golden Beaches. The side facing rooms have side sea views of the north and south respectively. On a clear day Umhlanga Rocks in the north to the Bluff in the South can be seen. The afternoons often bring fresh invigorating ocean breezes enough to inspire a visitor to enjoy a stroll on the promenade whilst watching the waves crash majestically on the sun drenched beaches. The Belaire Suites has 127 apartments which comprise 10 six sleepers; 29 four sleepers and 88 two sleepers. DININGBreakfast, lunch and dinner are available in the Café Jiran located in the lobby of the Belaire Suites. We serve extraordinary coffees from around the world, made from freshly roasted beans and prepared by award winning Barristas. Our juices and meals are all made freshly on site and are delicious. Where ever possible we try to serve lower fat and lower sugar meals. Ingredients are sourced locally and are organic whenever possible. ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIESThe Suncoast casino is 1km away. Summer Square shopping centre is just behind the building with a Medical Clinic, Pharmacy and a Pick n’ Pay. There are Sports Facilities, Kings Park Rugby Stadium and a Swimming Pool just 1.5km away. You can visit Fun World, The Snake Park and Mini Town, 500m from our Suites. After strolling along the beach front stop for a cocktail at the Beach Café situated right on the sand of the building. The Belaire Suites is well located to visit surrounding attractions including Botanic Gardens located on the Berea on Botanic Gardens Road. These award winning gardens have a wide collection of local and exotic plants including the world famous Thorpe Orchid House. The gardens also have a wonderfully quaint tea house serving delicious creamed scones and crumpets. Mitchell park located in Morningside on Innes Road features a small zoo and a fabulous flower garden. The park also has a tea house serving meals. Ushaka Marine world is located at the waterfront precinct just over 3km away. Here there are numerous water rides and attractions, with aquariums and restaurants. This is very popular with families.
