About Boutique @ 10

Our boutique guesthouse, featuring four luxurious guest suites, is situated on the central green belt in Camps Bay, Cape Town. Uninterrupted views of the breathtaking coastal landscape, from Lion's Head in the north, the white beach sands being swept clean by the blue Atlantic Ocean below, and Table Mountain's Twelve Apostles in the south, blend into the essence of pleasure and relaxation which is characteristic of our special accommodation venue.

Accommodation

The boutique style villa's open and spacious design leans towards old-school, with a variety of rich woods, large arched windows, brass wall lamps and the original wrought-iron balustrade from the historical Sea Point President Hotel. It was originally built in 1955 and remodelled 35 years later by its current owners, Jennifer and Beach.

DECK SUITE
The Deck Suite (40m²) is currently receiving a facelift, but will look stunning when we're done! It features double French doors opening up onto the main pool deck with simply wow! views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Twelve Apostles mountains and the coastal landscape to the South.

BEACH SUITE
The Beach Suite (36m²) has a separate entrance but is still connected to the main house through a Tuscan-like passage way. The suite has a Mediterranean feel to it, with the Atlantic Ocean sparkling through two large sash windows and the archways framing the private west-facing patio.

OCEAN SUITE
Located on the top floor, the Ocean Suite (38m²) features the warm feel of old Oregon pine floors and a king size Oregon pine sleigh bed and spa bath. Large sliding glass doors opening onto the upper deck offer panoramic views of Camps Bay Beach and Lion's Head.

LION'S HEAD SUITE
The Lion's Head Suite (44m²) is our largest suite, located on the top floor with amazing views of Lion's Head peak framed through arched windows on the North side of the suite. Large sliding doors opening on to the upper deck area provide a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean to the West.

Nature's beauty, the fresh ocean breeze, and birdsong flow into the main lounge through a wall of five large glass double doors opening onto the pool deck, making a spacious and inviting area to eat and lounge in - with choice of sunbathing under the warm African sun with a good book, taking a refreshing dip in our solar heated pool, or peacefully taking in the majestic views with your favourite music on your ipod. Sundowners on the deck are legendary, accompanied by spectacular views of the sun setting into the ocean, while our rustic stone fireplace warms the body on cool evenings, with a glass of Cape wine to warm the soul...

• King size bed (can be switched to two singles in the Lion's Head, Deck and Beach Suites) draped in pure white linen, goose down duvets, extra length pillows and splashed with colourful throws and scatter cushions

A light and healthy breakfast of coffee or tea, fresh juice, toast and cereals, eggs, cheese, slices of gypsy ham, yoghurt and seasonal fruit, is served in the main lounge and / or the main pool deck with the best breakfast views you could imagine!

Boutique @ 10 is located in the heart of Camps Bay on the Atlantic Seaboard and is just a 5 minute drive to the Table Mountain Cable Car Station, 10 minute drive to Cape Town CBD, V&A Waterfront and 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport.
