DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

We here at Bach Suite 22 require a non-refundable 50% deposit upon booking.
Confirmation of your booking is subject to the transferral of your deposit, as well as proof of payment, i.e. a copy of the deposit slip, which can be sent through to us via fax or email. The outstanding balance of your fee (also known as “the other half”) is to be paid upon arrival via EFT or good old fashioned cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable and account for 50% of your grand total, however if a cancellation is made, the following applies:
Within 7 days of date of occupation, full deposit is forfeited
Within 7 - 14 days of date of occupation, 75% of deposit is forfeited
Within 15 - 21 days of date of occupation, 50% of deposit is forfeited
Within 22 - 28 days of date of occupation, 25% of deposit is forfeited
Up to 29 days of date of occupation, 5% of deposit is forfeited
