A deposit of 50% is required to confirm reservations [100% for a one night stay].

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations or amendments to reservations must be confirmed by e-mail.
If reservation is cancelled within:
22 - 31 days prior to arrival date, 25% will be forfeited.
15 - 21 days prior to arrival date, 50% will be forfeited.
8 - 14 days prior to arrival date, 75%will be forfeited.
0 - 07 days prior to arrival date, 100% will be forfeited.
