We were helped and assisted in a very friendly manner by reception even before the recommended check in time. We however were not happy with the very thin walls between the rooms, and I could hear the guests tv in the other room. Overall the room & bathroom is up to standard and clean

Comming in from Germany this was our first stop over to just have a break! Thanks for a good stay. We had everything we needed!

I enjoyed friendliness i received when checking out but when checking in I didn't feel very welcomed waiting a while and struggled to get assistance because the receptionist assisting me didn't seem to be aware of us arriving he didn't know any of my details and didn't seem to be expecting me, i was very happy with the additional i requested the room looked beautiful as well as comfortable and clean but there was only 3 teaspoons of coffee so i could enjoy a cup but my husband had to watch as there was not enough for both of us. I also normally receive little gifts like shampoo and lotion those small bottles but there was nothing i honestly enjoyed the stay but just think i can get a lot more elsewhere for the amount charged.
