How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made between one month and two weeks prior to arrival : 25% of the total booking amount is payable.
Cancellations made between two weeks and one week prior to arrival : 50% of the total booking amount is payable.
Cancellations made less then one week prior to arrival, no show, or early departures : 100% of the total booking amount is payable .
An administration of 5% or a minimum of R 100 will be charged on any refunds.
Please note : during peak periods, long weekends or special events,deposits are not refundable.
