Situated across the Table Bay harbour en-route to the West Coast, Atlantic Sunset is a bright, spacious townhouse in a secure complex. The apartment sleeps 6 – 7 people comfortably, has stunning views of Table Mountain and is close to long white sandy beaches.

ACCOMMODATION


The apartment is situated in a fenced complex with security gates at the entrance, which is just a short walk from Big Bay Beach (popular with swimmers and surfers) and a 5 minute drive from Blouberg Beach (great for jogging, roller blading, kite- and windsurfing). A shopping centre with access to all essential shopping is within walking distance. The apartment consists of:

Ground Floor:
• Double Garage

First Floor:
• Lounge with 2 couches, TV and video machine, radio / CD player
• Open plan dining area / kitchen, fully equipped with microwave, washing machine and tumble drier, fridge / deep-freeze, toaster, coffee maker and crockery / cutlery for 7 people.
• Large balcony with sun umbrella, lounger, table and chairs. Views from balcony
• Portable barbeque facilities (gas) which can be used in the back garden or balcony.
• Small contained Garden
• Guest loo
• Extra room with single bed and chest of drawers.

Second Floor:
• Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower) and stunning views of Table Mountain
• 2 bedrooms with twin beds
• Full family bathroom

• A bottle of wine and basket with coffee, tea, milk and biscuits on arrival
• Well behaved pets permitted on request.
• Bed linen and towels provided (also swimming towels).
• For bookings of 5 nights or more, a char will be supplied for one day free of charge.
• Additional cleaning service can be arranged (at extra cost).
