DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
• A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the anticipated revenue is required within 7 days of the provisional booking to secure the venue.
• 50% of the anticipated revenue is required 60 days or more prior to the function date [i.e. an additional 40% to the non-refundable deposit].
• The final 50% of the anticipated revenue is required 30 days or more prior to the function date
CANCELLATION POLICY
• All Conference Centre cancellations must be received in writing. Should the function be cancelled:
• Within 61 days or more prior to the function date, 10% of the anticipated revenue will be charged;
• Within 60 - 31 days of the function date, 50% of the anticipated revenue will be charged;
• Within 30 days of the function date, 100% of the anticipated revenue will be charged;
