DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Deposit amounting to 20 % of the expected cost of the provisional accommodation booking is required within 30 days of making the reservation, in order to confirm the booking. A further 30 % deposit is required 60 days prior to group arrival date. (This includes companies that have credit facilities at the hotel). The balance of the 50% deposit of the expected cost of the booking is required 30 days prior to group arrival date, unless credit facilities with the hotel have been granted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The following cancellation terms will apply:
60 days prior to the groups arrival at the Hotel, the Client has the right to cancel or amend the group’s accommodation or commit themselves to the number of rooms required.
60-45 days prior to the arrival date, the client has the right to cancel 10% of the rooms reserved for them as stated in the confirmed booking, without any cancellation fee being payable. If however, more than 10% of rooms originally booked are cancelled, the hotel reserves the right to levy a charge equivalent to 50% of the cancelled accommodation costs for the full period booked.
Within 30 days prior to the arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to levy a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the accommodation costs for the full period for any rooms cancelled.
Any cancellations or postponements should be advised to the hotel by the Client in writing.
