DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
A deposit of 50% of the total booking secures the accommodation; the balance is payable on arrival.
A fully refundable breakage deposit of R500 is payable on arrival and refunded after staff have signed off the unit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings subject to a minimum 20% administration fee
Reservations cancelled 7-30 days prior to check in date forfeit 50% of the total booking value.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to check in date forfeit 100% of the total booking value
Refunds are at the discretion of the management, and are dependent on the ability to re-let the unit reserved.
In the event of delayed arrival or early departures the full amount of the original reservation will be charged.
