Bookings made less than 3 days prior to arrival require the full amount of the booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

From 21 - 28 days, guests forfeit 25% of deposit.
From 14 - 21 days, guests forfeit 50% of deposit.
From 7 - 14 days, guests forfeit 75% of deposit.
Less than 7 days guests forfeit the full deposit
Early departure – no refund.
Late arrival – No refund
