DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation, alternatively the guests' credit card details can be taken. On arrival, authorization is taken on the guests' credit card, and this is overridden or canceled at departure, depending on the method of payment. If a guest is paying cash or by debit card, the full amount is payable in advance, plus R100 extra for every day (for any extra charges that might occur such as bar sales), which will be refunded when the guest departs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made 3 days in advance, or 50% of the quoted rate will be payable.
