The HouseThe House is a charming, 100 year old family home available as a self-catering unit mainly during school holidays. Measuring 450 m2, it accommodates up to 10 people in four spacious double bedrooms (including the guest suite). The house is decorated and equipped to the same standard as the Guest Suite with lovely white linen and towels, table cloths, silver and glassware. A complete household minus the personal items, which are packed away. Rates are negotiable and depend on season, length of stay and number of occupants. Capable and dedicated daily housekeeping is included in the rate. Downstairs: Sitting / dining room with 2 fireplaces and opening onto patio; TV lounge with satellite television (full DSTV) and piano; Guest Suite as described above. Old, but very functional and cozy kitchen with two fridges / freezers and new gas hob and double oven, equipped to please the discerning chef; laundry and ironing room and guest toilet. Upstairs: Main bedroom with queen size bed, dressing room, bathroom and sunroom; Bedroom 2 with queen size bed; Bedroom 3 with twin Ύ beds. Further bathroom with shower only. Outside: Patio, verandah and deck for al fresco meals; leafy, secluded garden (no lawn); sparkling pool; barbecue facilities; double garage and parking for two more cars behind electronic gates.
