Cancellation charges are levied as follows:
Refunds on Deposits - 5% of deposit amount
Cancellations 30 - 15 days prior to arrival 25% of total reservation
Cancellations 14 - 01 days prior to arrival 50% of total reservation
No show 100% of reservation
